PREMIER GROUP OF INDUSTRIES was originally incorporated as a trading house in 1955. the company, namely M/s Transworld Trades, was basically engaged in manufacturing and exporting chemical solvent dyes, organic solvent dyes, organic pharmaceutical chemicals, organic laboratory chemicals, organic chemicals, dyes intermediate, perfumery chemicals, biocide chemicals and organic chemicals. Over a period of time, the directors observed the rapid advancement in Chemical Process Technology and concluded that it was time they exploited their capabilities for a more rewarding and promising enterprise by shifting the accent on to manufacturing. |
